It is the most important task of modern states to make government open to the public and keep the public informed. Taiwan have enacted related statute regarding the freedom of governmental information. Therefore, the goal of this project was to enhance the skills on environmental data analysis and interpretation, pollution sources apportionment, environmental forensics, and risk assessment and prediction. There are several major areas to focus on for the first year of this project.
